SIS很多版块只接受首发的原创作品，所谓首发就是指没有在其他论坛以及各种个人空间里发表过的作品，这一点健康区的版规有体现：

性健康版塊不接受非首发原创

原创只接受首发 即：该文是首次在媒介发表。并且发表的地方是在SIS。

至于楼主的标题确实不妥~
