[求助] 等级突然掉回1级且无法解除动态验证码

等级突然掉回1级且无法解除动态验证码

前几天手机上的动态验证码突然被清空了导致无法登陆论坛（密码没忘），今天按照“找回密码”重新登陆了论坛，但发现等级突然变成了1级菜鸟，之前我还能用搜索功能的，现在都不能用了。而且像在设置里解除动态验证码，提示要16位安全密钥，这个在哪里看得到？我的等级又要重新来么？
